We listen and learn from Mums when they call our careline, write to us or get in touch via our tinytums website.

We are in touch too via various direct mail activities as well as through feedback from the contact we have with healthcare professionals and various in-depth research groups. Our dialogue is a two-way street.

We have also engaged with Mums in our hugely successful national search for Mum’s Own baby food recipes.
